The Royals - Ages 6 to 11
This is where it all begins. The Royals program is designed for our youngest girls who are in the critical early stages of developing their self-worth and understanding the world around them. Through age-appropriate gatherings, activities, and affirmation-centered experiences, we plant seeds of identity, worth, and confidence that will empower them for the rest of their lives. By focusing on girls empowerment and incorporating elements of mental wellness for teens, we ensure that every Royal leaves knowing she is beautiful, chosen, capable, and enough exactly as she is.
The Queens - Ages 12 to 17
The Queen's space is designed for the girl who is navigating some of the most defining years of her life. With challenges such as peer pressure, identity questions, social media, relationships, and mental and emotional weight, she is tasked with discovering who she is and who she wants to become. This is a safe and honest space where older girls can delve deeper, lead, and engage in girls empowerment, while also focusing on mental wellness for teens. Here, they can uncover the purpose and power already within them. Every Queen leaves with greater clarity, enhanced confidence, and newfound courage, along with a stronger sense of self-worth from the programs offered.

I Am Enough Period hosts an annual signature conference along with intentional, smaller events woven throughout the year, all focused on girls empowerment. Every experience is in person, because we believe something powerful happens when girls are physically in the same room together. There is strength in community, and there is healing in being seen face to face.
